SPYDER HILL ROOMS
We are not a resort like most on Pantai Hill Seremban.
We are the original Airbnb concept, offering a homestay experience. It’s a homely feel. You have a choice of total privacy or when conducive – interact with us – exchange experiences and get to know local culture.
We are low-density, with only 2 rooms for rent.
Each room fits a max of 3 persons. Our rooms have bathrooms attached, are well-ventilated, and are equipped with standing and wall fans. No air-conditioning.
There is no need for mosquito nets or burning of coils. We are blessed with very low mosquito presence in the rooms and no guest complaints.
FEATURES
When you book either room, you will have access to the entire ground-floor living space of the main house:
- Accessibility: Access to the rooms requires stairs, it is not disabled person friendly.
- Internet Connection: We use Starlink satellite connection for our internet. As such we charge each room for WiFi connection at a flat rate of RM30/day/room.
- Discounts: Get more than 10% discount when you book directly with us
PRICING & SUITABILITY
Below is the net pricing/room for 2pax
- Sunday to Thursday: RM450
- Friday & Saturday: RM550
- Public Holidays: RM600
*Add RM100 for an additional floor mattress for 1 pax

FACILITIES
We offer light kitchen amenities: Cutlery, knives, plates, bowls, fridge, and oven. We have a coffee and tea station with a kettle and drinking water. Cooking is not allowed. No BBQ facilities.
We offer a large shared common area for you to enjoy the Berembun forest views. It is equipped with a hammock, a small library – some musical instruments, and many seating options to appreciate the jungle. We do not have a swimming pool.
